So, I wanted to have an extra around values and help you find your core values. There are a couple of activities that I’ve included in this module for you to do to identify what your core values are. Now, I’m going to put an addendum here. It is one of the values that I cannot stand. What drives me mentally is integrity.
Integrity is something that should be a bare minimum in every business. It’s not a value to strive for. It’s something that should exist in every business. It’s not something that should be stuck on a wall. Of course, you’re full of integrity. I’ve often felt that businesses that say integrity is one of their values means it isn’t.
